What kinds of situations can I ask about?

Almost anything that’s been weighing on your mind.

People have brought questions about business, relationships, family, pets, health, grief, life transitions, intuition, purpose, and difficult decisions.

Do I have to have just one question?

Not exactly.

Think of it as one situation.

If there are a few related questions about the same situation, that’s perfectly fine.

How do I send my question?

Whichever way feels easiest.

Voice or written messages through Voxer or Telegram are preferred, but you’re also welcome to use email.

How long should my message be?

About five minutes is ideal for voice messages.

If you’re writing, simply share enough context for me to understand what’s going on.

When will I hear back?

​Within 48 hours.

I intentionally spend time with each situation before I respond.

Will you tell me exactly what to do?

No.

My role is to help you see your situation more clearly, notice patterns you may not be seeing, and offer the next step I’d encourage you to consider.

The decisions will always remain yours.

Is this therapy?

No.

What if I need more support?

Many people find that one conversation is enough.

Others choose to stay connected through the monthly option so they can reach out whenever new situations arise.
