About Toni Cay Snyder

Your Trusted Sounding Board for Life’s Important Decisions

I’ve always been fascinated by the moments when life feels uncertain.

The crossroads.

The difficult decisions.

The questions that keep circling in our minds long after we’ve gathered all the facts.

Those are the moments that matter most.

They’re also the moments when another thoughtful perspective can make all the difference.

My path to this work has been an unusual one.

I was formally trained in architecture and engineering, where I learned to think in systems, structure, and foundations.

Later, I built spiritually based businesses of my own and spent years exploring intuition, energy work, and personal growth—not as abstract ideas, but as lived experience.

For a long time, those felt like two separate worlds.

Eventually, I realized they were always meant to work together.

Practical thinking helps us stay grounded.

Intuition helps us notice what logic alone can miss.

The most meaningful decisions often require both.

One experience made that especially clear.

Years ago, while walking with my daughter, I felt a quiet but unmistakable inner nudge to cross the street outside the crosswalk.

It wasn’t dramatic.

It wasn’t emotional.

It was simply clear.

We crossed.

Seconds later, a car lost control and crashed into the exact place where we would have been standing.

That moment didn’t convince me that intuition was magical.

It convinced me that it was worth listening to.

Over the years, life has given me plenty of opportunities to practice that balance between intuition and practicality.

I’ve built businesses.

Started over.

Experienced loss.

Made difficult decisions.

Changed direction more than once.

Through it all, I’ve discovered that clarity rarely comes from thinking harder.

More often, it comes from slowing down long enough to notice what we’ve been too close to see.

That’s the perspective I hope to offer you.

When you bring me a question, I don’t rush to answer.

I spend time with it.

I look at the practical realities.

I notice the patterns.

I listen to my intuition.

Then I share what I’m seeing as honestly and thoughtfully as I can.

I won’t make your decisions for you.

My hope is something much simpler.

That you’ll leave feeling calmer.

Clearer.

And better able to trust yourself.

Thank you for trusting me with something important.

I’m honored to walk beside you for this part of the journey.

If you’re carrying a question that won’t leave you alone, I’d be honored to spend time with it.
