intuitive grief coach, energy healer, spiritual guide, Toni Cay Snyder, grief and loss, women over 50

Hi, I’m Toni.

For more than twenty years, I’ve worked with adults navigating life transitions and the aftershocks of loss.

Today, my focus is specific:

Helping you live well in a life that has already changed.

If you’re here, something shifted.

A death.
A rupture.
A relationship redefined.
A season that ended.

You are functioning.

But internally, something reorganized.

This is the stage I work with.

Not the first wave of grief.
The long after.

What Grief Clarified

Losing my mother was layered — anticipatory grief, complicated history, unfinished conversations.

Later, distance in my relationship with my adult son brought a different kind of loss — not death, but redefinition.

Both made something clear:

Grief reorganizes identity.

It changes how you stand in your life.

You do not return to who you were.

You become someone shaped by what happened.

The work is not to go back.

The work is to move forward with integration.

How I Work

I support adults navigating:

• Life after death
• Estrangement or relational distance
• Ambiguous or anticipatory grief
• Identity shifts in midlife
• The quiet disorientation that follows rupture

Our work begins with structure.

We clarify what has changed.
We reduce internal bracing.
We strengthen what must carry you forward.

There is no emotional performance here.

There is rebuilding.

Steady. Direct. Grounded.

So you can stand in your life again — without pretending nothing happened.

The GRACE Arc

The GRACE Arc is the framework beneath my work:

Grief — acknowledging what changed
Release — easing what the body still holds
Alchemy — extracting clarity
Compassion — replacing self-judgment with steadiness
Expansion — building forward intentionally

It is not theoretical.

It is applied in real life.

You don’t move on.

You move forward — with.

Why This Work Matters

I know what it is to be the capable one.

To hold grief privately.
To continue functioning.
To carry more than others see.

But strength without integration becomes tension.

Living well after loss requires:

• Emotional honesty
• Nervous system steadiness
• Perspective
• Structural support

That is the role I hold.

A steady guide.
A grounded presence.
A clear mind when yours feels reorganized.

A steady invitation

If your life appears intact
but something inside shifted —

If you are no longer in crisis
but not fully solid —

You don’t need reinvention.

You need integration.

There is a way to rebuild well.
